About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic English‑speaking candidates to join our customer support team, providing voice and chat assistance to a global market. The position is based in Sheikh Zayed and involves handling inbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Maintain service quality during 9‑hour rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.
- Take a 1 hour 15 minute break as scheduled.
Required profile
- Graduates or undergraduates with no ongoing academic commitments.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
- Fluent in English.
