About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant who will support the Founder in a fast‑moving, international environment. The role requires managing complex calendars, coordinating cross‑company communication, and ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Prepare meeting summaries, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate communication and activities across group companies and entities.
- Monitor deadlines, provide proactive reminders, and escalate unresolved matters.
- Support recruitment processes and liaise with external partners.
- Arrange travel logistics and manage international travel schedules.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive documents.
- Maintain and organize CRM databases and records.
- Screen incoming requests and prioritize access to the Founder.
Required profile
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and French.
- Minimum three years of experience supporting senior executives or founders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong follow‑up skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑business environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
