Factory Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Factory Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing activities in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing production, maintenance, and cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations and ensure smooth production workflow.
• Supervise maintenance, production, and operational teams, including supervisors and department heads.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
• Develop and implement improvement, optimization, and automation strategies.
• Oversee production orders, operational reporting, and process efficiency analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to enhance overall plant performance.
• Utilize the SAP ERP system for operational planning, reporting, and resource management.
• Lead and motivate teams while maintaining strong operational discipline and leadership presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Prior experience in industrial plants.
• Mandatory experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage large operational teams.
• Experience in maintenance management, production operations, machinery handling, and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency improvement methodologies (preferred).
