About the role
El Raya Company is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting a diverse portfolio of iron products, door and kitchen accessories, and paint brands.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers by gathering market data and generating leads.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Present product features, pricing, samples, and competitive advantages to prospects.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversions and retain business.
- Prepare and submit reports on visits, sales activities, market trends, and competitor actions.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for management.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and adhere to company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in field sales, outdoor sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory effectively.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
