About the role
The Field Training Specialist supports digital initiatives across branches by creating and maintaining training and communication materials. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure data compliance, quality, and timely delivery of content.
Key responsibilities
- Support rollout of digital projects, prepare surveys and summarize branch feedback using PowerPoint and simple tutorial videos.
- Update internal platform content and draft communication materials for product updates.
- Track digital engagement, generate reports, and document field insights and operational observations.
- Handle branch, employee, customer, and operational data in line with privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Ensure all reports, presentations, and communications are accurate, verified, and free from errors.
- Maintain organized documentation using approved templates, version‑control standards, and validated data sources.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent coordination, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Flexibility to support field visits and training activities when needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
