FinOps Accountant

About the role

Bosta is seeking a FinOps Accountant to act as the bridge between its Operations and Finance teams. You will ensure accurate daily reconciliation of courier wallets, manage cash flows, and support the financial integrity of the company’s fast‑growing delivery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FinOps team and guarantee precise day‑to‑day reconciliation of courier wallets.
• Collect and resolve cash shortages and monitor deposit increases.
• Track daily order volumes versus values using the Bosta dashboard.
• Monitor and reconcile courier daily collections, deposits (Fawry, cash, bank), and 3PL HUB data.
• Adjust incorrect data in the courier wallet system in collaboration with the tech team.
• Oversee daily transfers from Fawry and cash into Bosta’s bank account.
• Reconcile daily reports for courier deposits, Fawry, and cash.
• Review contractor monthly fees and prepare monthly operations entries in Oracle NetSuite.
• Assist with inventory control, including inbound/outbound cases and warehouse adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role related to operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
