Fleet Control Tower Sr Associate

About the role

The Fleet Control Tower Sr Associate is responsible for real‑time monitoring of driver safety across multiple fleet platforms for the EMEA region. Working from Cairo in a 24/7 rotational shift, the associate escalates safety violations, ensures compliance with legal and company standards, and supports operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform live monitoring across eight fleet platforms to detect safety breaches.
• Validate incidents, confirm true violations, and take immediate corrective action with drivers in English and Arabic.
• Escalate high‑risk situations according to the established matrix and maintain detailed audit‑ready records.
• Analyze driver behavior using big‑data sources and produce actionable insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to develop driver safety action plans.
• Participate in SOP updates, knowledge‑base maintenance, and system testing with platform providers.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in a call centre, shared services, or fleet operations environment.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Foundational knowledge of data reporting and big‑data analytics.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for high‑pressure escalations and cultural sensitivity across the EMEA region.
