About the role
The Fleet Control Tower Sr Associate is responsible for real‑time monitoring of driver safety across multiple fleet platforms for the EMEA region. Working from Cairo in a 24/7 rotational shift, the associate escalates safety violations, ensures compliance with legal and company standards, and supports operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Perform live monitoring across eight fleet platforms to detect safety breaches.
- Validate incidents, confirm true violations, and take immediate corrective action with drivers in English and Arabic.
- Escalate high‑risk situations according to the established matrix and maintain detailed audit‑ready records.
- Analyze driver behavior using big‑data sources and produce actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to develop driver safety action plans.
- Participate in SOP updates, knowledge‑base maintenance, and system testing with platform providers.
Required profile
- 0–1 year experience in a call centre, shared services, or fleet operations environment.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Foundational knowledge of data reporting and big‑data analytics.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for high‑pressure escalations and cultural sensitivity across the EMEA region.
