Flight Dispatcher – Helicopter Air Taxi Operations

About the role

Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) is looking for highly organized Flight Dispatchers to support its helicopter air‑taxi operations in Egypt. The role ensures safe, efficient and compliant flight operations through meticulous flight planning, real‑time operational control and close coordination with pilots, ground teams and military partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily flight plans, covering routing, fuel calculations, weather assessments and payload considerations.
• Monitor active flights in real time and maintain continuous operational control.
• Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, ground handling teams and Egyptian Air Force counterparts.
• Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations, military airspace procedures and company standards.
• Conduct operational risk assessments and support safety‑management initiatives.
• Manage flight documentation, operational logs and dispatch system entries.
• Support VIP missions, unscheduled operations and special flight requirements.

Required profile

• Valid Flight Dispatcher License or equivalent operational certification.
• Proven experience in flight dispatch, operations control or related aviation functions.
• Strong understanding of flight planning, weather analysis, NOTAMs and operational coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in time‑critical and high‑pressure environments.
