Flutter Developer (Remote, Unpaid Volunteer-to-Equity)

About the role

We are seeking a strong Flutter developer to rebuild an existing mobile application from the ground up. The position is remote, part‑time, and unpaid for three months, with the possibility of a paid role and equity based on contribution and future funding.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑architect the app using modern Clean Architecture principles.
• Implement state management with Bloc and Cubit.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, bilingual UI (Arabic & English).
• Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third‑party SDKs.
• Develop AI‑powered features and prepare the app for Google Play and App Store release.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reviewable code following best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of mobile development experience.
• Proven track record with production‑grade Flutter and Dart applications.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous remote environment.
• Strong attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability.
