About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail team as a Fragrance Specialist, representing Coty Luxury brands in a high‑traffic store environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking premium fragrance experiences, driving sales while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable fragrance products.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Handle new product launches, promotional activities, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and storytelling to enhance the buying experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, track daily sell‑out performance, and generate sales reports.
• Monitor post‑launch sales trends and adjust merchandising tactics accordingly.
• Uphold high grooming standards and professional appearance at all times.
