Freelance Video & Content Creator (French speakers)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Video & Content Creator who is fluent in French to produce short‑form, mobile‑first learning videos for CXG Learn, our premium learning platform for luxury and premium brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality, on‑brand video content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Create short learning videos, including theory capsules, GIF‑style clips, avatar‑based pieces, and immersive client‑scenario videos.
• Design videos primarily for portrait (mobile) format, with landscape adaptations when required.
• Handle editing, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics to a premium standard.
• Apply consistent transitions, framing, voice‑over, and music aligned with CXG Learn’s visual style.
• Adapt and repurpose existing content across formats, languages, and learning paths.
• Source or integrate stock and AI‑generated visuals where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly based on feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience producing short‑form video or motion content, preferably for premium, digital‑first brands.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with an eye for pacing and rhythm.
• Efficient, organized, and able to manage volume while maintaining consistent quality.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely under deadline‑driven conditions.
• Excellent communication skills in French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects (or similar motion‑design tools).
• Experience creating portrait/mobile‑first video, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics.
