About the role
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at The Address Investments in New Cairo. The role is full‑time and on‑site, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with proper etiquette.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Provide information about company services and assist with customer inquiries.
- Facilitate smooth communication between visitors, staff, and management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with a friendly attitude.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic computer literacy.
