About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join Shiny White Dental Centers. The role is the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from registration through checkout.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and register new patients, assisting them with required forms and documentation.
- Verify and update patient information in the clinic’s data system.
- Inform patients about office procedures, policies, and financial treatment plan options.
- Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits and recalls according to office protocols.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Required profile
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Proven experience as a front‑desk representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
