Full Stack Developer (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a contract‑based Full‑Stack Web Developer to join Vertex Software Solutions remotely. The successful candidate will design, build and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications, delivering clean, scalable code that meets client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user‑facing features using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Implement server‑side logic, work with databases and integrate third‑party APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise applications for speed and reliability.
• Write documentation and follow software development best practices.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Server‑side programming and database management.
• API integration.
• Responsive web design.
• Version control with Git (preferred).
