Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for developing visual concepts across digital and print media, ensuring a consistent brand identity and high‑quality design output.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt logos, branding assets, and visual guidelines for various platforms.
• Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and print materials.
• Interpret creative briefs, present multiple design options, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Maintain a strong focus on typography, layout, and accessibility in all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong visual design foundation with a portfolio that showcases branding and marketing work.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management skills, and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in English; additional German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
