Growth Marketing Manager – London Cab

About the role

The Growth Marketing Manager will shape and execute brand strategies that accelerate growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand equity for London Cab, a division of Abou Ghaly Motors. You will translate customer insights and market trends into compelling campaigns that connect with target audiences and support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth‑focused brand strategies aligned with business goals and consumer needs.
• Leverage consumer insights and market research to identify expansion and differentiation opportunities.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, experiential and traditional media.
• Collaborate with product, sales and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness and optimise activities.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources to maximise ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor actions and emerging marketing tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing or growth strategy, preferably in automotive or transportation.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and brand positioning.
• Proven track record of driving brand growth through strategic initiatives.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
