Guest Experience Agent

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join its hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay across the resort’s rooms, beach suites, and villas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Handle guest requests, special handling instructions, and adhere to credit policies.
• Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments to enhance the overall experience.
• Provide information on room and rate availability for current and future dates.
• Perform duties of reception, concierge, PBX, and retail shop sales agents as needed.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations in the absence of dedicated reservations staff.
• Escort VIPs and returning guests to their rooms upon request.
