Housekeeping Manager – Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead cleaning and hygiene operations across our hospital sites. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, infection control, and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee housekeeping operations to maintain top‑level cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
• Supervise housekeeping supervisors and staff, coordinating daily activities and manpower distribution.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene standards, infection‑control policies, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and control cleaning schedules, materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and high satisfaction.
• Handle operational issues, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide housekeeping teams to uphold operational excellence and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in the healthcare sector or hotels.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of healthcare hygiene standards, infection control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple operational challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
