HR Manager – Strategic HR Planning & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy for a reputable organization in New Maadi. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and close collaboration with functional managers to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop a comprehensive HR plan aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Translate the HR plan into actionable objectives with functional managers and communicate them to HR teams.
• Oversee implementation of the HR plan and monitor performance against objectives.
• Prepare an estimated annual HR budget with the HR Director and manage expenditures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and proper implementation.
• Approve training and development plans, monitor training budget, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage performance appraisal processes to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
• Identify organizational inefficiencies and recommend structural changes.
• Lead recruitment processes, conduct interviews for management and executive levels, and ensure hiring of high‑caliber candidates.
• Supervise employee benefits, including medical insurance, and ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Team to ensure client SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor HR team reports, evaluate achievements, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
• Proven experience in performance management, organizational change projects, and policy development.

Required skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Very good command of data analysis programs/methods.
• Proficiency with HR software solutions.
