About the role
We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes for full‑time, short‑term and mission‑based employees. You will act as the main point of contact for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified and entered into our HR systems.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and resignation procedures for various employee types after recruitment confirmation.
- Communicate with candidates to collect mandatory documents such as medical certificates, declarations, national ID and I‑Score.
- Review hiring documents, confirm start dates and create HR IDs, user accounts, and system entries.
- Facilitate account openings for payroll and follow up with the relevant department.
- Prepare and submit governmental forms, including Form 1 and Labor Card.
- Set up new‑joiner contracts, job descriptions, code of conduct, acceptable usage agreements and acknowledgment receipts.
- Share medical information with the Compensation & Benefits team for issuance of medical cards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in Human Resources.
