HR Personnel Lead

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced HR Personnel Lead to manage all personnel operations within its factory in Borg El Arab, Alexandria. The role ensures accurate employee records, compliance with labor regulations, and smooth payroll processing in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and up‑to‑date employee files, including Form 1, Form 6, birth certificates, qualifications, and military service status.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance bodies.
• Draft, renew, and terminate employment contracts in line with local labor laws.
• Oversee attendance management, including shift tracking, fingerprint records, leave approvals, and absenteeism monitoring.
• Validate monthly payroll inputs such as overtime, deductions, unpaid leaves, penalties, and statutory contributions before payroll submission.
• Manage employee exit procedures, final settlements, social insurance cancellations, and clearance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR personnel experience, preferably in a factory or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of employee records management, labor compliance, and government relations.
• Proven ability to handle payroll inputs, attendance systems, and full employee lifecycle processes.
