About the role
Egybell is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a leading company in New Maadi. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee records and databases.
- Handle HR‑related documentation and filing.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding of new hires, and exit procedures for departing staff.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Support staff benefits administration, including medical insurance updates and queries.
- Maintain a comprehensive personnel filing system both digitally and in hard copies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in a similar HR coordination role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Client‑focused mindset with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
