Human Resources Manager

About the role

Agrocorp is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and streamline HR operations at its processing facilities in Qesm El Obour. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s growth by ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition processes.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and team development initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure payroll administration is accurate and timely.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with company goals.
• Foster a positive, productive, and multicultural work environment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and team development.
• Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and payroll processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of local labor law compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership capability in a multicultural setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
