Investment & Business Development Specialist (2-3 yrs experience)

About the role

The Investment & Business Development Specialist will act as a strategic bridge between Operations, Finance, and Marketing to secure funding for our newly established frozen fruits and vegetables export business. You will build investor‑ready business cases, develop financial models, and lead the fundraising process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, and investment funds.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date investor database and proactively attract new funding partners.
• Design and deliver investor‑ready proposals, pitch decks, and presentations using strategic storytelling and data visualization.
• Lead investor meetings, respond to due‑diligence requests, and manage follow‑up communications.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies covering market, operational, and financial dimensions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business performance data is accurate, timely, and ready for investor review.
• Build financial models with the Finance department and evaluate funding strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management.
• 2‑3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, investor relations, or business development.
• Proven track record of raising funds, securing investments, or closing funding deals.
• Experience with SMEs, startups, or mid‑sized enterprises is a strong plus.
