About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Specialist to join its global IT team. You will provide first‑level technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, remote tools, or on‑site.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and related equipment.
- Support Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook and manage user accounts, password resets, and email configurations.
- Diagnose hardware/software faults, escalate complex problems, and document resolutions.
- Maintain IT inventory, monitor systems, and respond to help‑desk tickets within SLA targets.
- Assist onboarding by setting up workstations and required applications.
- Perform basic LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and routine system updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop or Technical Support.
- Strong analytical, communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Windows operating system.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Active Directory (a plus).
- Remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
