IT Team Leader

About the role

RayaCX, a leading customer experience management company, is looking for an experienced IT Team Leader to oversee its IT department in Cairo. You will guide a team of professionals, shape IT strategy, and ensure reliable, secure systems that support the company’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including system maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and deliver efficient solutions.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements and manage upgrades.
• Ensure data security and system integrity through appropriate security measures.
• Manage the IT budget, allocating resources effectively.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
