Key Account Manager

About the role

Araby Brand, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in the MENA region, is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients. You will act as the main liaison, nurture relationships, and drive new business initiatives in a dynamic, results‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships to promote loyalty.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Handle client concerns and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Prepare detailed account, performance, and revenue reports with actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.
• Develop innovative strategies to strengthen relationships and increase revenue.
• Work with Analytics and Ad Operations to resolve issues and drive product enhancements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to exceed campaign goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven account‑management experience in digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of online marketing tools, trends, and social‑media platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Ability to customize solutions to client needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using G‑Suite applications.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools and social‑media platforms.
