Legal Analyst – Legal Operations & Data Reporting

About the role

The Legal Analyst will support the Legal Department by maintaining the Legal Management System, analysing legal data, and providing insightful reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Legal Management System with complete and accurate information.
• Enter contracts, litigation matters, corporate records and legal requests promptly.
• Monitor legal workflow and ensure data integrity across all matters.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Analyse legal data to identify trends, bottlenecks, operational risks and performance indicators.
• Develop KPIs and monitor department performance against objectives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports and executive presentations.
• Track deadlines, workflows and departmental performance.
• Ensure document classification, indexing and electronic record management comply with policies.
• Assist in automation initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (English Section).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Legal Department or Legal Operations environment.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
