Logistics Specialist – Free Zone

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join a cotton‑spinning company in Alexandria. The successful candidate will manage all Free Zone logistics operations, ensuring compliance with GAFI, NAFEZA, and ACID regulations while handling end‑to‑end import and export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit all Free Zone documentation, including work orders, export certificates, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with GAFI and other government authorities on Free Zone matters.
• Manage NAFEZA and ACID procedures and related documentation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end import and export procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle deductions and collections within Free Zone operations.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the logistics cycle and ensure timely submission of all documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customs officials, and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth shipments and clearances.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience with hands‑on Free Zone operations.
• Proven experience dealing with GAFI, NAFEZA, and ACID procedures.
• Strong knowledge of import and export regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Professional, communicative, and presentable with the ability to work independently.
