Management & Leadership Instructor for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to shape how AI systems reason about organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the realism and quality of AI‑generated leadership scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI reasoning quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision‑making quality and identifying trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and delivering well‑reasoned critiques.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s in Management, industry leadership experience, familiarity with AI evaluation workflows.
