Marketing Specialist

About the role

Nowlun, the first digital freight forwarder in the MENA region, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive innovative branding and product‑launch campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to research audiences, analyse campaign data and manage the company’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop branding concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copy.
• Identify and utilise effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to convey product messages.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance metrics.
• Design data‑driven marketing campaigns and present recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing activities such as event planning, advertising, optimisation and content development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
