Media Manager – Integrated Media Strategies

About the role

Spark Foundry is seeking an experienced Media Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies for a diverse client portfolio. You will translate audience insights and market research into effective media plans that align with client objectives and agency KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insight‑led media strategies and plans.
• Translate data, audience insights and market research into media recommendations.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, communications and expectations.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, media partners and external vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all media plans and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their daily work.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in media planning or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients, projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Relevant certifications across major digital platforms are preferred.
