Microsoft 365 & Power Apps Developer (Project‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 professional to help digitize and automate our business processes. The role is project‑based and focuses on transforming paper‑based workflows into a fully digital environment using the Microsoft 365 suite.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing paper‑based processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop Power Apps forms and full‑featured applications.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Implement document management solutions on SharePoint Online.
• Digitize approval processes and maintain accurate records.
• Build simple dashboards and reports for monitoring.
• Train end‑users and produce basic documentation.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands‑on work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
• Background in business process automation.
• Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, logistics, HSE, or shipbuilding environments is a plus.
