Mid-Level Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Rosella is seeking a mid-level Performance Marketing Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will use data‑driven strategies to optimise and scale digital advertising campaigns for a variety of brands, turning insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media‑buying strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X platforms.
• Create, launch and manage campaigns in line with approved plans, budgets and creative assets.
• Set up and maintain tracking using GTM, Google Analytics (GA4), AppsFlyer, Adjust and platform‑specific solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS) and implement optimisation actions.
• Analyse data to identify scaling opportunities and produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers and content teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss results and optimisation plans.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, media buying or paid advertising.
• Proven track record managing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
