Multimedia and Digital UX Associate

About the role

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is seeking a creative Multimedia and Digital UX Associate to blend high‑quality content production with user‑centric design. You will help elevate the company’s digital presence across web, mobile and social platforms by delivering engaging visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, layouts, and branding assets for digital and print media.
• Manage the full video production cycle, including editing, sound, and visual effects.
• Create motion graphics and animations as required.
• Lead creative direction on design and motion projects, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and timely creative solutions.
• Stay updated on design best practices, industry trends, and new tools.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in design and video editing, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Excellent eye for design, typography, colour, and storytelling.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication abilities.
