Online Trainer – Entrepreneurship & Innovation

About the role

Business Fitness is looking for an experienced online trainer to lead engaging sessions on entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and startup development. The role focuses on participants who are building technology‑driven startups and requires strong follow‑up to ensure progress throughout the program.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality virtual training sessions covering entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and startup development.
• Engage and motivate participants, especially those with tech‑driven startup ideas.
• Monitor participant progress, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow‑ups.
• Document training outcomes and compile participant feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering online training programs.
• Experience working with participants who have technology‑driven startup ideas or businesses.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage follow‑ups and maintain participant engagement.
• Background in entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, or related subjects is highly preferred.
