Operations Manager – Holiday Let Portfolio (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of our growing UK short‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape processes, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations of holiday let and serviced accommodation properties across the UK.
• Manage Airbnb and Booking.com accounts and maintain accurate listings via the Lodgify channel manager.
• Handle guest communications through chat and phone, ensuring professional service.
• Coordinate bookings, calendars and dynamic pricing using tools such as PriceLabs.
• Onboard new properties – create listings, upload photos, write descriptions and set pricing.
• Arrange maintenance, liaise with contractors and schedule cleaning teams.
• Supervise guest check‑ins and check‑outs and maintain compliance documentation (Gas Safety, EICR, insurance, etc.).
• Monitor performance, identify process improvements and help reduce operational costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing holiday lets, serviced accommodation or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record with Airbnb, Booking.com and a channel‑management platform such as Lodgify.
• Experience using dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs) and guest‑messaging automation (e.g., ChargeAutomation).
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
