Operations Manager – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimise daily retail operations. The successful candidate will ensure business standards are met while supporting cross‑functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability across retail functions.
• Manage day‑to‑day business activities, coordinating with multiple departments.
• Prepare annual performance reviews and continuously reevaluate operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting activities to align financial resources with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or retail management role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to multitask and work effectively with diverse business units.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
