Parent Relations Executive - National School

About the role

Egypt Education Platform is looking for a dedicated and proactive Parent Relations Executive to join its team at the National School. The role is essential for building positive relationships between the school, parents and the community, ensuring effective communication and engagement. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for parents, handling inquiries, concerns and suggestions professionally and courteously.
• Organize and run parent meetings, workshops and school events, encouraging active participation and collaboration.
• Keep accurate records of parent interactions and follow up on issues so they are addressed promptly.
• Work with school administration and staff to improve parental involvement and support student success.
• Run surveys and collect parent feedback to measure satisfaction and find areas for improvement.
• Create and share materials explaining school policies, programmes and events.
• Help with marketing and promotional activities to engage the community and promote the school.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Social Work or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or relations role, preferably in education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to relate well to parents, students and staff.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, committed to the school's mission and values.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
