About the role
The People Operations Assistant Analyst serves as the on‑site point of contact for all HR matters, supporting employees from onboarding through the entire employment lifecycle. The role ensures compliance with government regulations, drives employee engagement initiatives, and supports the activation of talent management and learning programs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate talent‑management activities, including rewards, recognition events and organization health surveys.
- Manage logistics for learning sessions: venue booking, catering, equipment setup, and attendance tracking.
- Deliver face‑to‑face compliance and ethics training and capture employee acknowledgments.
- Maintain legally required documentation, conduct periodic audits, and support government inspections.
- Handle employment contract administration, renewals, terminations, and wet‑signature collection.
- Facilitate onboarding, including document receipt, tool distribution, and site walkthroughs.
- Train employees on HR systems, identify root‑cause issues for low adoption, and promote tools such as iCIMS and Microsoft Teams.
- Operate digital hubs/kiosks, monitor usage, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Communicate employee‑relations, compliance, and legal outcomes to staff and capture acknowledgments.
Required profile
- Experience in HR operations or People Services, preferably in an on‑site environment.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness.
- Ability to coordinate events, trainings, and logistics across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and government officials.
- Proactive attitude toward change management and digital tool adoption.
