Personal Trainer (EMS)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join EMS Easy Fit Alexandria and deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group EMS training sessions. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on helping clients achieve fast, effective results through Electrical Muscle Stimulation workouts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client fitness levels and goals to create individualized EMS training plans.
• Conduct safe, tailored one‑on‑one and small‑group sessions, monitoring technique and progress.
• Educate clients on proper use of EMS equipment, exercise form and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Adjust programs based on client feedback and performance data.
• Assist with scheduling, maintain a clean training environment and support the team in delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• Certified personal trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) with strong fitness instruction skills.
• Experience in circuit training, sports coaching and basic nutrition guidance.
• Ability to explain technical concepts, including EMS technology, in clear language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client‑centered coaching style.
• First Aid/CPR certification and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
