Pricing Analyst II – BPO Required

About the role

The Pricing Analyst II will provide regular and ad‑hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management. The role works across Business Units to develop and implement pricing strategies, organize baseline price information and identify opportunities to optimise sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Works closely with the pricing team and other departments to acquire knowledge and consolidate technical skills.
• Executes specialised pricing projects, supervises less‑experienced professionals and ensures delivery of high‑quality outputs.
• Develops medium‑complexity pricing models (e.g., price per minute, task, sale) and analyses Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
• Researches market competitive landscape and identifies target market positions by geography, segment or customer group.
• Proposes continuous‑improvement ideas and ensures compliance with Teleperformance policies such as GDPR and information‑security standards.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1) and at least 2 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools or Workforce Management software is a plus.
