Primary PE Teacher (Academic Year 2026‑2027)

About the role

The Egypt Education Platform is looking for a motivated Primary Physical Education Teacher for the 2026‑2027 academic year. You will deliver engaging, age‑appropriate PE lessons that inspire primary students to develop physical skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love of health and fitness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned PE lessons for primary pupils.
• Encourage participation in a wide range of sports and physical activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment that promotes physical development and positive social interaction.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organise and supervise intra‑ and inter‑school sports events and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate PE with broader curricular goals.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices, fitness, and nutrition education.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Teaching certification relevant to primary education (preferred).
• Proven experience teaching PE to primary‑aged children.
• Strong knowledge of child‑centered teaching approaches and physical development.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for inspiring young students to lead active, healthy lives.
