Procore Implementation Engineer

About the role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing, a leading technology solutions provider in Cairo, Egypt, is looking for a Procore Implementation Engineer. You will implement and customize the Procore construction management platform for clients, translating business needs into tailored technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Procore implementations, from discovery and design through configuration, testing, deployment and post‑launch support.
• Gather and document business, technical, reporting, security and integration requirements.
• Configure Procore modules (Project Management, Financial Management, Quality & Safety, Resource Management, Preconstruction) and set up templates, permissions, workflows and custom fields.
• Design and troubleshoot data flows using Procore APIs, middleware and integration platforms.
• Plan and execute data migrations, including mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Develop test plans, coordinate unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing, and resolve configuration or data‑quality issues.
• Create technical documentation, configuration guides and process maps, and train administrators and end users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, construction management, computer science or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience implementing, administering or supporting Procore or a comparable construction‑management platform.
• Strong understanding of construction processes such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, budgets and invoicing.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, analyse processes, test solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
