About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for engineering and facility management projects in New Capital, Cairo. The role involves sourcing, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services.
Key responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate competitive prices and favorable terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and related documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement‑related issues.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in sourcing and purchasing for landscape projects.
- Good knowledge of sourcing, purchasing and supplier management.
