Product Manager - Growth

About the role

Dsquares builds loyalty solutions that turn brands into beloved obsessions. As a Product Manager – Growth you will shape strategies that boost engagement, retention and lifetime value across our loyalty and customer‑engagement products, especially for fintech users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement, retention and LTV, managing the customer lifecycle with a focus on reactivation, churn reduction and upselling.
• Design and run A/B tests, experiments and iterative product improvements to influence repayment, investment and spending behaviours.
• Analyze activation, conversion, DAU/MAU, retention curves and revenue per active user to guide product decisions.
• Lead the creation of engagement‑driving features such as personalized loyalty recommendations, gamified rewards, push notifications and in‑app nudges.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and data‑science teams to translate business goals into measurable KPIs and deliver campaigns that enhance financial outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of growth product management experience, preferably in B2B payments, lending or investment products.
• Proven track record of driving engagement and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of loyalty products and customer‑engagement dynamics.
• Experience with P&L management or aligning product features to financial targets.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, user‑first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
