Production Planning Control Engineer

About the role

The role involves leading, developing and mentoring the production team while planning and prioritizing operations to achieve maximum performance and minimal delays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor the production team.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Estimate staffing requirements and relative costs for operational decisions.
• Create and document production procedures.
• Plan, manage and oversee all elements of production.
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures.

Required profile

• Graduated from Faculty of Engineering – Department of Production Engineering.
• 1-3 years proven experience in production/industrial engineering; managerial experience a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• High communication skills.
• Preferably residing in October or Giza.
• Males only.

Required skills

• Expert with AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with lean‑manufacturing tools and techniques.
