Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead shift operations at IFF’s 6th of October City facility, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality manufacturing. You will coordinate workflow, manage resources and drive continuous improvement in a GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities and achieve daily output targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by enforcing EHS policies and promoting safety culture.
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance by partnering with the Quality team and adhering to GMP and food‑safety standards.
• Lead investigations of production deviations, support CAPA implementation and keep accurate production records.
• Allocate personnel and equipment efficiently, coach and motivate the production team, and manage shift staffing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising production in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources and meet production schedules.
• Strong understanding of EHS, quality systems and food‑safety requirements.
