  • Lead implementation within agreed frameworks and timelines, coordinating technical support and resources, and oversee delivery, monitoring and evaluation with partners.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, timely procurement and payments, budget control and realignment when needed.
  • Integrate safeguarding and PSHEA risk mitigation into all activities and achieve gender-transformative results.
  • Close the project by reviewing achievements with partners, finalizing activities, completing procurements and payments, managing staff transitions, leading final evaluations, coordinating audits and preparing reports for internal and donor stakeholders.
  • Model Plan International's values, lead a motivated team, manage staff development, enforce compliance with policies and strengthen partner capacity.

Required profile

  • Knowledge and experience in project management and project cycle management best practice.
  • Experience working with partner organisations (co-creation and mutual oversight).
  • Experience in project budgeting, activity and expenditure monitoring, and in M&E tracking, evaluation and reporting.
  • Understanding of human resources management and procedures, and of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Experience managing people and teams, and good working knowledge of donor compliance.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent influencing, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
