Project Manager – French Speaker (Americas Time Zone)

About the role

Commvault is seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead multiple software initiatives across the Americas time zone. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise‑grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Use in‑depth knowledge of traditional project management principles to drive successful completion of multiple concurrent projects.
• Plan and control various project activities to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that validate deliverables, resource requirements, priorities, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and provide status reports, timelines, issues, risks, and action items to stakeholders and team members.
• Act as the focal point of escalation for all project‑related matters.
• Proactively track scope changes, facilitate the change order process, and communicate changes while managing expectations.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings at multiple organizational levels, providing leadership around project activities.
• Maintain core project management tools, including project plans, workbooks, and change documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT‑based project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a customer‑facing role within a professional services or consulting organization.
• Ability to understand high‑level system architecture and technical design.
• Extensive project leadership experience managing software initiatives that span proprietary product hardware, multiple product lines, and enterprise applications with flexible deployments (on‑premises, cloud, SaaS).
• Fluent in French.
